Services & Fees

I offer individual and couples counselling from my practice in East Geelong, with online appointments also available.

Sessions are shaped around the person or couple in front of me. We may begin with what is happening now, while also making space to understand the deeper patterns, emotions and experiences that may be contributing to it.

Below you’ll find information about each service, session length and fees. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels more manageable.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected or caught in patterns you understand but haven’t been able to shift. You might be navigating grief, change, relationship difficulties or simply know that something no longer feels right. You don’t need to have it neatly explained before you begin.

In-Person Counselling

$160 · 60 minutes

Sessions are held at my practice at Unit 1/102 St Albans Road, East Geelong.

Online Counselling

$160 · 60 minutes

Online sessions are held via Zoom, allowing you to attend from a private and comfortable space wherever you are.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling offers a space to slow difficult conversations down, understand the pattern you’ve become caught in and begin finding different ways of responding to one another.

You don’t need to agree on the problem or arrive with the same hopes for the relationship. My role is not to decide who is right or take sides, but to make room for both of your experiences while helping each person take responsibility for their part in what is happening.

Initial Couples Session

$250 · 90 minutes

The longer initial session gives us time to hear both of your perspectives, begin identifying the pattern between you and establish a direction for the work.

Subsequent Couples Sessions

$230 · 60 minutes

Ongoing sessions build on this understanding, helping you practise new ways of communicating, responding and repairing when things become difficult.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

It’s completely understandable if you’re unsure which kind of session is right for you, or whether counselling is the next step.

You’re welcome to get in touch with any questions before booking. You don’t need to explain everything in your message - just a little about what is bringing you to counselling and whether you’re seeking individual or couples support is enough.
